Mark Logsdon is a partner of the firm. Mark's practice involves complex civil litigation, including matters involving professional and director/officer liability, business contractual disputes, ad valorem tax appeals, condemnation, deceptive trade practices, insurance defense and personal injury. He is experienced in cases involving these matters in state courts throughout Texas, as well as in federal courts in Texas, Oregon, Michigan, and Mississippi.
Mark is a member of the State Bar of Texas and the Amarillo Area Bar Association. He is a past member of the Amarillo Area Young Lawyers' Association, for which he served as a director for many years, and as President from 2007-2008. He currently serves as the Secretary and Treasurer for the Amarillo Area Bar Association. He also served on the Leadership Amarillo and Canyon Board of Directors from 2004-2008, serving one of those years as its President. Finally, Mark is a Fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation.
Mark obtained his B.A. in Political Science from Baylor University in 1993, and in 1996 he obtained his J.D. from Baylor University School of Law.
