Mark Logsdon is a partner of the firm. Mark's practice involves complex civil litigation, including matters involving professional and director/officer liability, business contractual disputes, deceptive trade practices, insurance defense and personal injury. He is experienced in cases involving these matters in state courts throughout Texas, as well as in federal courts in Texas, Oregon, Michigan, and Mississippi.
Mark is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Amarillo Area Bar Association, and the Amarillo Area Young Lawyers' Association, for which he served as a director since 2001. He also serves on the Leadership Amarillo and Canyon Board of Directors and is a Fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation.
Mark obtained his B.A. in Political Science from Baylor University in 1993 and in 1996 he obtained his J.D. from Baylor University School of Law.
