Doug Krevolin has focused his practice for more than twenty years on representing entreprenuers, emerging-growth companies, owner-managed businesses, and real estate developers. He has represented numerous ventures from start-up through the early rounds of financing and ultimately to the sale of the business. He has also represented clients in acquiring all types of real property from raw land through shopping centers and office buildings and in the development, financing and leasing of numerous properties.
