Law Firm Overview

P hilip S. Coe is an experienced trial lawyer whose practice over the years has been wide-ranging, including complex antitrust and securities fraud cases, wrongful death and medical malpractice, personal injury, divorce and family law matters, probate litigation, real estate litigation and a host of other types of cases.

Mr. Coe practices in trial courts throughout the Atlanta metropolitan area and elsewhere in Georgia and the Southeastern United States. He also handles real estate and construction arbitration disputes, and has served as mediator in connection with various commercial and business disputes. Mr. Coe also handles appeals in both the state and federal systems.

Mr. Coe brings to his litigation practice a unique blend of training and experience. In addition to his Harvard law degree, he holds a Masters in Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Georgia State University and a Master of Theological Studies (M.T.S.) degree from the Candler School of Theology, Emory University, in Atlanta. He thus combines a practical understanding of business, accounting and finance with a Christian perspective on problem solving and dispute resolution.
