Lawyer Overview

Steve Hall practices in the Firm's banking & finance and business restructuring areas, with a particular focus on senior debt financings. He represents borrowers and lenders in connection with many kinds of senior credit transactions, including secured and unsecured, single bank and syndicated, and domestic and multinational and multicurrency facilities. He has extensive experience in asset-based lending, leverage and management buyouts, and acquisition financings and does substantial work in the mezzanine and subordinated debt market. Steve also represents clients with securitizations and other off-balance sheet structured financing transactions. He regularly works with the Firm's business restructuring and reorganization team in representing clients in workouts and restructurings, with a specific emphasis on debtor-in-possession and exit financings.

Steve is a member of the ABA (Business Law Section) and The Chicago Bar Association.
