Lawyer Profile:

Alan is principally engaged as a trial lawyer for public and private companies such as financial institutions, real estate holding corporations, and portfolio companies of national private equity groups. He also represents individuals in matrimonial and family legal issues including will contests and international disputes. Sports and entertainment personalities retain Alan to handle contract negotiations, disputes, and other highly confidential proceedings.

I love the practice of trial work. By an honest and early assessment, I can often save my clients unnecessary expense and heartache. Thats the personal reward of my chosen profession of trial lawyer.

Alan is continually recognized for his thorough approach to solving legal challenges. For example in professional liability prosecutions he has been instrumental in achieving several seven and eight figure settlements or verdicts, and in matters related to the United States Governments savings and loan asset recovery program he was engaged to recover hundreds of millions of dollars for the Trustees in the largest bank failure in the world, BCCI, and South Floridas then-largest bank failure, CenTrust.
