The Firm was founded in 1995.  We specialize in complex commercial and personal injury litigation, appeals, and litigation support, with an emphasis on personal injury, maritime, construction, and employment litigation.  The Firm is AV Rated by Martindale Hubbell and has tried cases in state and federal court.  David H. Pollack has handled more than 50 appeals in the Third and Fourth District Courts of Appeals, the Florida Supreme Court, and The United States District Court for the Eleventh Circuit.
