Walzer has a varied practice.  He has also written over 35 books specifically designed for lawyers to assist them in the practice of law.  These books are published by West Group, the top legal publisher, and are among the most popular books written for lawyers in New Jersey. His practice includes but is by no means limited to real estate, divorce, wills and estates, personal injury, commercial law, landlord/tenant, and employment law.

His expertise and writings cover vast areas as he has written 35 books and numerous legal forms for attorneys.

Mr. Walzer graduated from the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law with the degree of Juris Doctor in March of 1975. He was admitted to practice in New Jersey in 1975 and has ever since been actively involved in the private practice of law in New Jersey.

Mr. Walzer graduated from Bowdoin College-located in Brunswick, Maine in 1972 with a BA and departmental honors in government along with being on the Dean's list at this highly regarded institution.

In high school he received the "Most Outstanding Student Award" at Parsippany High School in Parsippany, NJ.

His numerous Publications Include:

Civil Practice Forms (6th ed.), 8 Volumes of the New Jersey Practice Series (a how to set of books written for lawyers). Published in 2006, this set consists of 105 chapters dealing with litigation, including chapters on divorce, landlord/tenant and personal injury cases among many others.

Civil Practice Forms (5th ed.), 8 Volumes of the New Jersey Practice Series (a how to set of books written for lawyers). Published in 1998, this set consists of over 112 chapters dealing with litigation, including chapters on divorce, landlord/tenant and personal injury cases among many others.

Civil Practice Forms, Volumes 3, 3A, 4, 4A and 4B of the New Jersey Practice Series (a how to set of books written for lawyers). Originally published in 1990, this set consists of over 110 chapters dealing with litigation, including chapters on divorce, landlord/tenant and personal injury cases among many others.

Author and general editor to of Legal Forms, Volumes 14-16B (7 Volumes, 1996), of the New Jersey Practice Series (another how to set of books written for lawyers). Chapters written by Mr. Walzer include those dealing with real estate sales contracts, wills and estates, contracts, and the management of property.

Employment, Service and Agency Agreements, Volume 24 of West Legal Forms, Second Edition ( a book written for use by lawyers throughout the United States, published 1986). This book includes numerous forms and contracts relating to the employment of employees and independent contractors. Mr. Walzer is currently working on a new volume tentatively entitled "Independent Contractor Agreements" to be published by West and made part of the West Legal Forms series.

Motor Vehicle Law and Practice Forms, Volume 26 & 26A of New Jersey Practice Series (again a how to book written for lawyers, published in 1988as one volume and again in 2000 as 2 volumes). This book mostly deals with personal injury litigation resulting from motor vehicle accidents.

Legal forms editor for All-State International, Inc. from 1978 to 1996 (New Jersey's and the Nations premier publisher of legal forms). In this capacity Mr. Walzer prepared and updated numerous legal forms that relate to most areas of litigation, real estate, bankruptcy, corporate law, worker's compensation and other areas. These forms were sold and relied upon by lawyers throughout the United States.

Mr. Walzer is also the author of numerous supplements to the publications indicated above along with earlier editions of same, and Volumes 13 and 13A of the New Jersey Practice Series entitled Abstracts and Titles (1984-1990), on the subject of Real Estate.
