Dean Calloway has appeared before federal and state courts throughout the country in connection with a wide range of matters, including contract and insurance coverage claims, fiduciary litigation, trade secret and restrictive covenant actions, product liability claims, domestic and international arbitrations, credit reporting disputes, qui tam actions, disputes concerning the exercise of physician privileges, and class actions. Among other representations, Dean has worked extensively on matters involving Cooper Tire & Rubber Company, Cummins, General Motors Corporation, Experian Information Solutions, Friedman's Inc. of Savannah, Georgia, and Triad Hospitals. Dean has extensive oversight experience and has acted as coordinating counsel in dozens of consumer disputes.

Dean is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and the District of Columbia Bar. He has appeared as lead counsel before U.S. District Courts in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, Tennessee, and Virginia; the Georgia Court of Appeals; state courts throughout Georgia, Florida, Mississippi, and Delaware; and the American Arbitration Association and the ICC International Court of Arbitration.

Dean has devoted a significant amount of his time to pro bono and charitable activities and has represented numerous indigent clients through the Atlanta Volunteer Lawyers Foundation and other entities. He also serves on the board of directors for Our House, a local organization providing early childhood education and comprehensive support services to homeless families.

Dean was listed in Atlanta magazine as a "Georgia Super Lawyers Rising Star" for 2005.
