I have dedicated my practice to assisting families and businesses in planning for the future, and handling their legal needs in the present. For individuals and families I offer comprehensive estate planning services. Through the use of wills and trusts we can protect your property from over taxation. Everyone should have an estate plan no matter how large or small your estate. Having such a plan will not only minimize taxes, but also ensure that your wishes are honored, that all that you have worked for is protected and properly distributed, and most importantly that your loved ones will be provided for.

With a practice focused on estate planning I am in the business of protecting my client's assets. Often times my client's largest asset may be the family business. In addition to crafting estate plans that encompass the family business I offer business formation and transactional services. Whether you are starting a new business, dissolving an old partnership, or buying or selling an existing business, I will make sure that articles of incorporation are properly prepared and filed, draft partnership agreements, execute purchases and sales of a business, and draft and execute contracts for the purchases and sales of goods and services. I pride myself on providing full service planning strategies for my clients, their families, and their businesses. In addition I have extensive education and experience in tax planning and compliance. Estate planning and business transactions have inevitable tax implications. I work hard to structure commercial transactions and family estate plans in order to minimize the tax burden on my clients.

My clients find that my ability to craft an estate plan that may include a family business, while also handling the legal and tax aspects of the plan and the business, is a real asset that allows them to have all of their legal needs met in one place, by an attorney who knows them, their families, and their businesses.
