I have practiced law since 1980, and opened my practice in Colorado Springs, Colorado, in 1985. I devote my practice to helping clients with divorce or other family law issues.

I grew up in Toledo, Ohio, and received both my undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Toledo with high honors (magna cum laude). I have been married for 20 years and have two teenage daughters.

I have represented all types of individuals experiencing divorce or other family law issues. In my more than 25 years of practice, I have represented people in almost every profession, including homemakers, military offers and enlisted personnel, business executives, doctors, nurses, teachers, engineers, business owners, systems analysts, accountants, truck drivers, factory workers, administrative assistants, architects, and manual laborers. I have helped these clients with a wide variety of issues presented in their divorce cases, including child custody and visitation, child support and spousal maintenance, division of retirement assets including military pensions, and the division of marital property, including business interests.
