The partners at Ostrer Rosenwasser, LLP,  have the experience necessary to handle the most complex trial cases.  Partner, Stewart Rosenwasser joined the firm which was renamed in May of 2006, further strengthening the litigation and personal injury practices following a tenure as  New York County Court and Acting State Supreme Court Justice in the 9th Judicial District.  The firm provides  unmatched experience in a broad variety of matters, including personal injury, wrongful death, complex civil and criminal litigation. Founding Partner, Benjamin Ostrer has handled numerous high profile cases throughout the Hudson Valley and has obtained successful verdicts in matters ranging from alleged homicide, sex offenses and complex civil mattters.  Our firms ability to take cases to trial provides us with enhances our ability to obtain settlements not otherwise attainable as our adversaries understand we are not reluctant to take a case to trial in the event the proposed resolution is unsatisfactory.  Associates David Hoovler a former U.S. Attorney Trial Assistant and Jason Rosenwasser each joined the practice in 2008.  David has already obtained favorable verdicts and results for the firms clients in both State and Federal Court trial and appellate courts.
