Phillip Romero has an undergraduate degree in accounting from Oklahoma State University, Stillwater. He attended the University of Tulsa College of Law, where he received his Juris Doctorate in 1975. He is licensed to practice law in Oklahoma and Texas. Mr. Romero is a member of the Denton County and Texas State Bar Associations. As a trained family law mediator, he can resolve divorce and family law matters through negotiation or litigation.
