LAW PRACTICE, LTD., is a firm committed to providing competent, professional and affordable legal services.  Many of the legal services provided by LAW PRACTICE, LTD., are charged on a flat fixed fee basis . For those matters for which a fixed flat fee would not be practical, LAW PRACTICE, LTD., offers competitive hourly rates.

Each case is personally handled or supervised by the managing member of the firm, Ann E. Kolber, Esq., who has developed considerable litigation experience and negotiation skills during the course of her more than twenty (20) year  business and legal career.  Ms. Kolber is licensed to practice in both Nevada and California.

The firm's primary area of practice is family law (i.e. divorce, child custody, child support, spousal support, paternity, anullments, co-parenting agreements, etc.). 

Additionally, Law Practice, Ltd., handles landlord/tenant matters (i.e. tenant evictions), and traffic law (i.e. resolution of traffic tickets, warrants and reckless driving offenses).
