Barbara Gregoratos has a transactional real estate and finance practice that extends to most aspects of commercial real estate law, including acquisitions and sales of all types of properties and portfolios of properties or real property secured debt; formation of partnerships, joint ventures, and limited liability companies for investment, acquisition, and development; operating company investments; construction and permanent financing (including participating and mezzanine loans); loan and partnership workouts; and ground and space leasing. In recent years her experience has been focused on the representation of fund investors and other capital sources in conventional and creative transactions, the formation of and investment in operating company platforms, fund formation, and the formation of partnership and other joint venture arrangements for development projects. Barbara's clients include financial institutions, pension funds and investment advisors, developers, domestic and foreign investors (including sovereign wealth funds), and corporate users.

Barbara is a member of the American Bar Association, the State Bar of California, and the Bar Association of San Francisco.
