Ms. Conley is a former criminal prosecutor and served as a District Court Judge for four years and obtained certification for juvenile hearings while on the bench. Ms. Conley is a practitioner member of the North Carolina Bar Association alternative dispute resolution and family law sections. A past chairman of the Board of Directors for the Piedmont Mediation Center, Ms. Conley was an active member of the Center from 1986 until 1995. She has served as president of the Iredell County Bar Association.
