He has represented clients in antitrust cases involving price fixing, territorial restraints, dealer conspiracies, monopolization, boycotts and exclusive dealing arrangements. He has also served as antitrust counsel in a number of mergers and acquisitions requiring federal approval. Mr. Etcheverry has also served as counsel in patent and trade secret litigation in numerous federal and state courts. In addition he has represented clients in a variety of complex commercial litigation including insurance coverage litigation. Mr. Etcheverry is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court and the 3rd, 5th, 10th and Federal Circuit Courts of Appeals. He is an active member of the Litigation, Antitrust and Intellectual Property Sections of the American Bar Association.
