Steve Foresta is currently serving as head of the Litigation Department for the New York office. He has extensive experience in matters involving a broad range of substantive areas of the law, with a primary focus on representing pharmaceutical, medical device and chemical companies in mass tort and products liability actions, environmental litigation, and insurance coverage disputes. In addition, Mr. Foresta has handled general commercial disputes, patent infringement claims and other matters for clients in a wide variety of industries. Before joining Orrick, Mr. Foresta was a partner in the litigation department of Donovan Leisure Newton & Irvine.
