The law firm of Lander & Lander, P.C. limits its practice to the areas of estate planning, domestic relations, probate and estate administration, and estate and gift taxation, in order to provide our clients with thorough and effective legal advice and services in these specialized and discrete areas of the law. Among the most enjoyable aspects of our practice is that we represent individuals on a highly personal level. We understand that dealing with issues such as divorce, division of assets, alimony, child support, custody and visitation, prenuptial agreements, incapacity, the death of a loved one, or the arrangement for the care of our aging parents, children and grandchildren can be difficult for most people.
