Bensinger, Ritt, Tai & Thvedt is a small law partnership consisting of seven attorneys (four partners, one attorney and two attorneys of counsel) and a support staff. The firm had its genesis in mid-1995 when Kerry Bensinger and Jay Ritt realized their vision of creating an aggressive, efficient and technologically advanced law office that would offer clients a wide range of high quality legal services, comparable to those available at larger firms, while maintaining the responsive and personal relationships with clients that are only possible with a smaller office case load. The firm is located in the heart of Old Town Pasadena.

The firm concentrates in the areas of criminal defense and habeas work, general civil and business litigation, employment discrimination, sexual harassment, insurance litigation, intellectual property, entertainment law and the mediation of family, divorce and community disputes.
