Professional Experience

Lise was admitted to practice law in Michigan in 1997. She is the head of the firm's Mortgage Banking Group and a member of the firm's Finance and Business Transaction Groups.

Financial Services

Lise manages and is involved with a variety of financing transactions for both borrowers and lenders involving many different businesses, collateral, and institutional and private lenders.

Mortgage Banking and Regulatory Compliance 

Lise represents clients in the financial services industry such as banks, mortgage brokers, lenders and servicers,  title companies, real estate companies and other settlement service providers on a wide range of matters. These include, regulatory compliance under federal and state law, state and federal licensing, qualification and approvals, new business opportunities, including affiliated business agreements, mergers and acquisitions, and other joint ventures.  As well as correspondent lending issues, form documentation, negotiations and advice on warehouse lending facilities, and litigation, potential litigation and representation of institutions before various governmental authorities.

Business Law

Lise advises clients in a wide array of business issues, including general corporate law, business entity formation, governance, operation, acquisitions, and other transactions.
