Sandra Kamper practices German and international corporate, securities, commercial, and real estate law. She has extensive experience representing clients in a variety of German and cross-border transactions, including tender offers, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, initial public offerings, and other capital formation and capital market transactions. She also has experience in acquisitions and disposals of distressed assets, restructuring of nonperforming loans, and formal insolvency procedures. She has developed in-depth experience in the areas of commercial real estate, fund work, and related financing.
Representative transactions include Bayer's sale of its stake in GE Bayer Silicones to Apollo Management, The Riverside Company's sale of its porcelain products business, Mahle GmbH's acquisition of Siemens VDO Automotive's air intake module and air filtration business segment for combustion engines in eight countries, Procter & Gamble's €512 million ($672 million) sale of its European tissue and towel business to Svenska Cellulosa AB, as well as numerous acquisitions and disposals of commercial and hospitality properties from and to national and international funds and private investors.
Sandra has previously worked in the Firm's Frankfurt and Singapore Offices. From 1999 to 2000, she was head of legal affairs for Das Werk AG and worked at Weil, Gotshal & Manges from 2000 to 2002.
