Professional Experience

Harold was admitted to practice law in New Jersey in 1980 and in Michigan in 1982. Harold is a partner in the firm's Litigation group and a member of the firm's Board of Directors. Before coming to Jaffe, he practiced with Lamb, Chappell, Hartung, Gallipoli & Coughlin (May 1979-March 1984), at Lewis, White and Clay (March 1984-January 1994) and Adams & Pope, P.L.L.C. (February 1994-August 1999).

Harold's experience includes trials in the United States District Court, Michigan Circuit Courts, and the United States Bankruptcy Court and Appeals before the Michigan Court of Appeals and the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, on matters including personal injury, Federal Employers Liability Act, products liability, construction, professional malpractice, directors and officers liability, employment, condemnation, constitutional torts and problem loan litigation.
