Sayre & Sayre, P.S. is a client-centered emphasizing elder law, disability and long term care planning, eligibility for Medicaid and preservation of assets, estate planning and administration, disability trusts and other aspects of disability and elder law.  Richard L. Sayre concentrates his practice in areas of estate planning, guardianship, asset protection, elder and disability law, with emphasis on Medicaid eligibility and related disability programs.  Karen L. Sayre practices extensively in estate and disability planning and areas related to Medicaid eligibility and elder law. Both Richard and Karen are members of the Spokane Estate Planning Council and the National Academy of Elder Law, and both are Certified Elder Law Attorneys by the National Elder Law Foundation. It is the goal of the firm to provide intensive, responsive, client-centered representation within our chosen fields of expertise.
