Barry Toone dedicates his litigation and trial practice to product liability matters involving catastrophic injury and loss. He has defended a wide range of products from pharmaceuticals to power tools, but has a penchant for defending products on wheels, having defended tractor-trailers, heavy earth moving equipment, motorcycles, passenger cars, light trucks and SUVs.

Barry has tried lawsuits in several states, including Arizona, California, Oklahoma, and Texas . His major clients include Ford Motor Company, Toyota Motor Corporation, and Volvo Cars of North America. He recently obtained a defense verdict in Doolin v. Ford Motor Company.
