The principal shareholder of the firm, David Edelstein is an AV® rated criminal defense attorney representing clients facing criminal charges in both state and federal courts throughout the State of Florida. Mr. Edelstein started his career as a criminal defense attorney in Miami at the Miami-Dade County Public Defender's Office and has been in private practice for the past 20 years. He has defended clients facing criminal charges from Jacksonville to Key West and regularly defends clients throughout the State.

Although he has occasionally represented clients on appeal, Mr. Edelstein spends the majority of his time as a criminal trial attorney defending criminal cases in Miami.

Throughout his career Mr. Edelstein has represented thousands of clients charged with misdemeanor crimes such as petit theft, domestic violence, disorderly conduct and resisting an officer without violence cases. He has also represented a multitude of clients in felony state court cases on a wide range of charges including organized fraud, grand theft, drug trafficking, as well as other felony drug crimes.
