Ronald W. Williamson has held key positions in a number of both large, publicly traded, and small, privately held corporations serving the real estate sector.  Mr. Williamson has served as General Counsel for Stewart Title Company where he provided legal oversight and supervision of the company's title insurance operations; as Chief Counsel for all Real Estate matters for U.S. Financial, (a New York Stock Exchange Company) including its mortgage banking and title insurance subsidiaries; and then as President of U.S. Financial West and Swan Contractors, both subsidiaries of U.S. Financial.  Mr. Williamson was resonsible for negotiating real estate join venture development agreements and for managing the development of real estate projects throughout the Western United States.  In 1977 Mr. Williamson formed Stonehaven Corporation a development company building over 3,500 units in the Western U.S.  One such project, Stonehaven, has maintained its value in this tough economy.  It is, in and of itself, proof of concept and execution.
