Lawyer Overview
Marlene Frank has significant experience in designing and implementing qualified and nonqualified deferred compensation programs for large organizations and professional corporations. She also has worked extensively with health care plans and other types of welfare benefit plans that generally are provided to employees of for-profit and tax-exempt organizations. Her experience is comprehensive, covering both the federal income tax implications relating to employee benefits plans and the ERISA requirements for such plans. Marlene also has significant experience in the employee benefits issues surrounding the design and implementation of health care integrated delivery systems and managed care contracting networks.
She is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and the Columbus Bar Association.
