Sodoro, Daly and Sodoro is located in Omaha, Nebraska, though we conduct trials over the entire State of Nebraska, as well as the western tier of counties in the State of Iowa. This law firm, consisting of 17 member lawyers, two paralegals, one law clerk, and support staff of 18, practices principally in insurance cases involving personal injury claims, property and other casualty claims, insurance policy interpretations, insurance coverage issues and opinions. We are a negligence litigation firm engaged in the defense of all facets of insurance litigation involving negligence, workers' compensation, products liability, and hospital liability and malpractice. Our practice also includes work in the areas of workers' compensation, business law and criminal defense.
