• Personal Injury-Plaintiff - I represent individuals injured in all types of situations including motor vehicle accidents, premises injuries such as tripping, slipping and falling, injuries from dangerous or defective products, medical malpractice and a wide array of other dangerous practices or situations that result in injury to a person. I have helped many injured victims win rightful and necessary compensation.
• Motor Vehicle Accidents-Plaintiff - I have handled auto accident claims involving liability insurance, uninsured motorist coverage, underinsured motorist coverage, medical payments coverage, medical decisions and property damage settlements. My detailed understanding of New Jersey's automobile insurance and liability laws means that I understand the different sources of recovery available to car accident victims and their families that enable those victims to collect from the parties who caused them harm.
