Our firm was founded in 1976 by Gloria Allred, Michael Maroko, and Nathan Goldberg, who were classmates at and graduates from Loyola Law School. Since its inception, Allred, Maroko & Goldberg has remained focused on civil litigation. We are nationally know experts at handling cases involving employment law, defending the rights of employees.

Over the years we have established a formidable record of success in the litigation of employment and civil rights disputes at all levels of the California courts.  Our firm has concentrated on representing employees in cases involving employment discrimination, wrongful termination, and sexual harassment, as well as representing individuals in civil rights litigation.
