With over 60 years of combined experience, Austin & Sparks, P.C., meets its goals through pre-dispute planning, pre-litigation negotiation, and, if necessary, aggressive litigation. The firm's areas of expertise encompass the following: All areas of insurance defense litigation including motor vehicle accidents, common carrier liability, product liability, property damage, bad faith, premises liability and declaratory judgment actions; commercial litigation; representation of suppliers in construction disputes; materialmen and mechanics liens in the commercial arena; employer/employee disputes, including employment litigation; and real estate litigation. Austin & Sparks, P.C., also handles select personal injury cases, including those involving catastrophic injury and death. Our attorneys are licensed to practice in all State and Federal courts in Georgia, and have significant experience at both the trial court and appellate levels of litigation.
