At The Law Office of Charles Belmer, Jr., we provide a wide range of legal services for businesses, LLPs, LLCs and individual clients in Salem and throughout the North Shore. We represent business clients in a variety of legal matters, from choosing the most appropriate form of incorporation to drafting and filing articles of incorporation and partnership agreements. Once the business is established, we continue to represent our business clients in matters involving developing and executing contracts, assisting with the collection of outstanding accounts, and negotiating and litigating disputes that arise under the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) and other laws.

For our individual and family clients we assist with estate planning, real estate transactions, and civil disputes, which may be resolved through alternative dispute resolution.

Our comprehensive estate planning practice provides our clients with assistance in drafting wills and administering trusts. Having a solid estate plan will ensure that your property is protected from over-taxation, prevent family disputes and court intervention, distribute your assets according to your wishes, and most of all make sure that your family is provided for.

In conjunction with our estate planning services, we provide transactional services in real estate. If you are planning on buying, selling, or refinancing a home mortgage, we will see that you enjoy a smooth and accurate transaction, while employing estate planning techniques to help you protect your investment.

We also have extensive experience representing clients that are suffering from personal injuries. We understand the difficult legal roadblocks to recovery.
