Lee is a shareholder in the firm of Briggs and Morgan, Professional Association. He is based in our Minneapolis office and is a member of the Labor and Employment Section.

Lee is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association. He has been named a "Rising Star" since 2001 by Minnesota Law & Politics.

Lee graduated magna cum laude from Tufts University, where he was a member of the Phi Beta Kappa Society. From 1988 through 1989, he was a student at the Institute of European Studies in Nantes and Paris, France. He received his law degree magna cum laude from the University of Minnesota Law School and was elected to Order of the Coif. Lee joined Briggs in 1997.
