She is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin (member of Family Law, Real Property and Probate, and Taxation sections; served for three years on its Continuing Legal Education Committee), the Dane County and American Bar Associations, and the Madison Estate Council. A past president of the Wisconsin Chapter of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and a past director of the State Bar’s Family Law Section, Ms. Roberson is a fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, the American Bar Foundation, the International Family Law Society, and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, a founding member and current vice-chair of the Divorce Cooperation Institute, a founding member of the Legal Association for Women, and the 2003-2004 chairperson of the Family Law Council of Community Property States.
