Jim Daly is the litigation coordinator for the Chicago Office. He is a general business and commercial litigator with broad experience in a wide range of substantive areas. His practice places particular emphasis on multidistrict litigation in state and federal courts against private and public plaintiffs alleging improper pharmaceutical pricing practices under Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance reimbursement systems; the representation of pioneer drug manufacturers against generic applicants under the Hatch-Waxman Act; numerous and varied defenses of consumer class actions involving health care, financial instruments, real estate transactions, TILA, RESPA, RICO, and state consumer fraud statutes; and securities, corporate governance, and shareholder disputes. He is admitted to practice in various federal and state courts and is a member of the Trial Bar of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
