Mr. Griffin is a partner in the firm and represents several manufacturers on a nationwide basis. He also has a general defense practice of medical malpractice, products liability and general liability cases. He has handled cases in almost every state in the United States and tried cases in many of them. Mr. Griffin has been a lead counsel in the defense of manufacturers in lawsuits brought by dozens of municipalities. He has also handled one of the most significant litigated matters before the Consumer Product Safety Commission in recent years.
