Agricultural/PACA Trust Enforcement and Defense

We represent businesses and individuals in enforcing PACA (Perishable Agricultural Commodities Act) trust rights, and defending against these types of claims.  We also advise businesses pre-litigation on preservation of PACA rights, billing procedures, and trust notification.
