Starting with a local general practice, the firm now serves clients throughout Kansas and Western Missouri. Years of trial experience in cases dealing with electrical injury, product defect liability, medical and legal malpractice, wrongful death and personal injuries permit the firm to efficiently manage complex litigation.
 
Don Vasos has practiced in the Kansas City area for over forty years. Licensed in both Kansas and Missouri, Don's practice includes power line and product liability cases.  In 2006 he was inducted as a member of the American College of Trial Lawyers.  As the 1997 recipient of the Arthur C. Hodgson Award, Don has been recognized by his peers for his lifelong commitment to excellence in the civil justice system. Don has been listed in the publication "Best Lawyers in America" from 1983 to the present. He is a past president of the Kansas Trial Lawyers Association and the Kansas Chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates.

Dave Hoffman has practiced in the Kansas City area since 1988. Drawing upon ten years of prior experience in the health professions at a major university and hospital, Dave's legal career has been focused in the area of medical negligence. Dave was one of the lead plaintiff attorneys in the University of Kansas Medical Center heart transplant litigation. In addition to his law practice, he is very active in local youth sport and has served on the governing bodies of numerous civic and professional associations.

As former commissioned police officers, the paralegal support staff has practical experience in both civil and criminal investigation. Richard "Pete" Hinze and Gary Scholtz are both members of the National Association of Legal Investigators and are licensed private investigators.
