Rubin, Weisman, Colasanti, Kajko & Stein, a law firm established in 1976, has now grown to over 20 attorneys, rendering legal services in 8 well located facilities in the greater Boston Area.

The firm is the largest residential real estate conveyancing law practice in Massachusetts. Its affiliate, Bankers' Title and Closing Company, in Manchester, New Hampshire, handles hundreds of real estate closings yearly as well. As an outgrowth of this practice specialty, the firm is also proficient in handling large real estate acquisitions which include, but are not limited to, negotiations for purchase; construction financing; all areas of construction; tenant negotiations; tenant fit up; permanent financing; management support, conversion and disposition. Our practice includes leading, or participating in, a team approach in obtaining all permits and approvals from local and state boards, commissions and agencies which allow development (and redevelopment) to occur.

In addition, Rubin, Weisman, Colasanti, Kajko & Stein has specialists who are involved with corporate acquisitions, sales and mergers involving a wide variety of types and size of businesses.

The firm also has an extensive civil litigation practice which concentrates in medical and professional malpractice; personal injury (especially catastrophic personal injury); all areas of domestic relations; claims of discrimination; workmen's compensation and social security claims; commercial disputes and collections.
