Norman Fleming practices in the area of business transactions. He acts as counsel in financing transactions, including venture capital, mergers, acquisitions, securities offerings, tax exempt bond financings, and international transactions. His practice involves representation of a wide variety of businesses, including underwriters, lenders, universities, health care institutions, and private equity firms. He is a past Chairman of the Securities Committee of the Connecticut Bar Association.

He received his Bachelors Degree in 1975 from Harvard College. He received his MBA from Harvard Business School in 1979 and his law degree from Harvard Law School, also in 1979.
