Kelly Parker was sworn in as assistant prosecuting attorney of Dent County, Missouri and tried his first criminal jury trial immediately after he had completed his second year of law school. The jury returned a verdict in Mr. Parker's favor.

Before he took the Missouri Bar exam, Kelly Parker had tried two additional criminal jury trials. Just days after passing the bar exam and obtaining his law license, he filed his first appellate brief in the Southern District Court of Appeals. The Court of Appeals issued a decision in Mr. Parker's favor.

Since this successful beginning, Kelly Parker has tried numerous criminal and civil jury trials where he has represented the State of Missouri, criminal defendants and civil plaintiffs. His experience in the courtroom, as well as his experience as a member of the Missouri legislature, has given him a unique perspective on presenting a case to a jury.
