Barry regularly handles environmental matters for regional and national clients involving permitting, compliance counseling, auditing, and defense of administrative and judicial enforcement actions. He has done substantial work developing energy projects. He litigates issues arising out of historic liabilities at former manufactured gas plants and environmental insurance coverage disputes on behalf of policyholders.
