Vladimir Lechtman has more than 20 years of experience in cross-border M&A, joint ventures, strategic alliances, reorganizations, and general corporate counseling. His transactional experience spans many industries, including oil and gas, manufacturing, telecommunications, aerospace, financial services, and retail. He is Partner-in-Charge of the Moscow Office.

Vladimir has acted as lead counsel in some of the most significant transactions related to Russia, including the representation of Alfa Group and Access/Renova Group (AAR) in the formation of TNK-BP, an $18 billion joint venture with BP. Companies which Vladimir has represented in substantial matters in the region include Alfa-Bank, Alfa Finance, Altimo, Eldorado, ENRC, LUKOIL, Rosneft, Russian Standard Bank, Sukhoi, and TNK-BP.
