Our firm was founded in 1978. Some of the members of this firm have now been in practice for more than thirty years. Our litigation attorneys include members of the Million Dollar Advocates' Forum and Board Certified Trial Lawyers.

All of our trial attorneys are active in local, state and national trial lawyers' associations as both members and leaders. Positions of leadership include Presidents and members of the Board of Governors of local and state bar and trial lawyers' associations.

We pride ourselves in achieving outstanding results for our clients. For this reason, our firm receives many referrals from other lawyers and from satisfied clients, as well. We work with our clients to achieve the most successful outcome possible. Most of the cases we handle are on a contingency fee basis. This means that we accept as our fee a percentage of the total recovery in the case. There is no charge for an initial consultation with us and you will not pay any legal fees or costs unless a recovery is made.

We devote our practice to litigating complex commercial matters and to representing people who have been injured or who have a loved one who has died due to the fault of another person.
