Since 1995, the Law Offices of Christopher E. Mast, P.A., have represented in an efficient and effective manner, the needs of the individual accident victim and their families.

The Firm has successfully represented injured adult and minor victims of automobile accidents, truck accidents, slip and fall accidents, gun shot cases and dog bite cases; as well as representation of the survivors left behind as the result of the wrongful death of a loved one.  In addition, as a continuation of the Firm’s commitment to the representation of the individual; the Firm has an extensive commercial practice representing small business owners with their distinct issues relating to commercial and residential leasing, debtor/creditor issues, workouts and succession issues.

The success of the Law Offices of Christopher E. Mast, P.A., is directly related to Christopher’s extensive background as an Assistant Corporation Counsel with the City of Detroit Law Department, handling thousands of cases over his tenure; combined with his prior practice representing insurance carriers while a Partner with Craig, Ryan, Mast & King and his training as a Circuit Civil Mediator with the University of South Florida. While Christopher has chosen not to engage in practice as a Mediator, instead devoting his time to the handling of his clients personal injuries, wrongful death, probate, and commercial law issues; the knowledge obtained from his certification training and his 25 years of prior experience as a lawyer explain the Firm’s success in obtaining the maximum available compensation whether through negotiated settlement or litigation for our clients. 

The Law Offices of Christopher E. Mast, P.A., handle accident and commercial cases throughout the Southwest Florida region, including Naples, Immokalee, Golden Gate City, Everglades City, Marco Island, Bonita Springs, Fort Myers, and LaBelle.  The Firm provides personal attention to each and every client or potential client with an initial telephone consultation and/or personal appointment free of charge. The Law Offices are available to make appointments or for messages via answering service or email 24 hours per day, seven days a week, and have office hours on both Saturdays and Sundays, by appointment.
