This law firm has, for many years, provided outstanding representation to clients accused of all kinds of crimes, including drunk driving, marijuana and drug possession and manufacture, sexual assault, and homicide. We have successfully defended criminal cases all over the State of Washington, in Oregon, and Idaho. It is our continuing privilege to uphold the Constitution and render each of our clients the best defense we can possibly provide.

DRUG CASES: Utilizing the Constitutional right to privacy and other procedural safeguards, we have won numerous marijuana grow, drug possession and manufacturing cases, including some the most notorious in the history of Southwest Washington and Idaho.

SEXUAL ASSAULT CASES: Perhaps more innocent men are accused and charged with rape and molestation than any other felony offense. We believe nothing is more important than the acquittal of an innocent man.

DRUNK DRIVING: The potential consequences of a DWI conviction can be devastating, including the loss of license, jail time, fines, and increased insurance premiums. We bring years of expertise and experience to the defense of these cases.
