GEORGE CHUZI came to KCN as a law clerk in 1978, and has been a partner since 1983. Mr. Chuzi received his education at Queens College of the City University of New York (B.A., 1966) and Georgetown University Law Center (J.D., cum laude, 1980). He has served as a member of the Editorial Board, American Criminal Law Review, 1979-1980; and as a member of the Executive Board, 1983-1990 and General Counsel, 1986-1990 for the Federally Employed Women Legal and Education Fund.
He is a member of the District of Columbia bar. In addition, Mr. Chuzi is admitted to practice before multiple courts including: the U.S. Supreme Court; U.S. District Court, District of Columbia; U.S. Court of Appeals, District of Columbia; U.S. Court of Federal Claims; U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland; U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit; U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit; and U.S. Court of Appeals, Fifth Circuit.
He practices before the US Merit Systems Protection Board, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the US Office of Special Counsel, and the Federal Labor Relations Authority, as well as in the Federal Courts.
