Mr. Perez has trial experience in numerous felony and misdemeanor trials, including capital murder, murder, aggravated sexual assault, DWI and other offenses of the Texas Penal Code.

Mr. Perez has also done representation of employees and students in Brownsville Independent School District matters, to include Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 grievances.

Nat Perez has 16 years of trial experience. Nat has obtained several acquittals in high profile criminal cases. In 1998 Nat obtained an acquittal in a capital murder case, State of Texas vs. Robert Briseno. Nat was also lead counsel in State of Texas vs. John Allen Rubio, a death penalty case which was recently reversed by the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals and remanded for new trial. Nat will again be lead counsel in the re-trial.
