The firm's philosophy is that litigation should be the very last resort, and that every reasonable and responsible effort should be made to resolve the dispute in a fair and equitable manner before pursuing litigation. It is important to understand that these types of lawsuits are expensive, time consuming, and stressful to both the complainant and the employer.
