Law Firm Overview

Shrader Law Office was founded by J. Thompson (Tom) Shrader in 1982. Stephen R. Eubank joined the firm in 1994.

The firm has built its practice on representing central Virginians in all Virginia Courts in personal injury, criminal and civil litigation, domestic relations, and chancery.

The firm also assists clients with their estate planning needs, real estate and business ventures, employee and retirement benefits, and local government law.

Mr. Shrader presently serves as a Commissioner of Accounts for Amherst and Nelson Counties and is a former Escheator for Amherst County, giving him a unique perspective on real estate and estate planning issues facing his clients. He has also served as County Attorney for the County of Amherst.
